The draft instrument prepared by the Working Group on Cultural Diversity and Globalization for the International Network on Cultural Policy which was posted on this site has been removed at the request of the Chair of the Working Group. The INCD has been advised that this draft is out of date and that the revised version of the instrument will be released by INCP member countries for domestic consultation in the coming weeks.
